We produce industrial flanges in high strength forged alloy steel and stainless steel. Some of these flanges are used under high loads and pressures which have a zero tolerance for imperfections. Our series of high quality CNC cutting machines, lathes and machining centers enable us to produce these flanges with minimal manual labor, reducing chance of error. These flanges undergo rigorous NDT procedures such as ultrasonic testing and dye penetrant testing to ensure no flaws are present in the raw material. Each flange has an unique identification number which helps us trace back to every manufacturing process and to the exact batch of raw materials if anything were to go wrong.
