  Quality is thoroughly integrated into our company’s structure as it is imperative to a good product no matter the market. From top level management to machine operator the same commitment to quality can be recognized.

 ISO 9001:2008 is the base structure of our quality program that runs through all our products. As welding is a major part of our production we have also obtained DIN EN ISO 3834-2 as well as DINEN 1090-1, 1090-2 and 1090-3 in multiple execution classes to cover our large range of products.

Our general quality targets are as follows:

. Pass rate on first quanlity inspection ≥98%
. Customer complained defects ≤1000ppm
. Customer satisfaction ≥96%

As our main customers being in the wind industry, we closely adhere to the APQP for wind requirements based on customer need. Our in depth knowledge of a broad range of manufacturing processes allow us to fully take advantage of the PPAP process, eliminating all risk factor before we begin production.

As different industries have their own standard, we can also freely adjust to whatever standard is required at the customer’s end.
