Rubber and Plastics

Camzone’s rubber and plastics division was founded in 2014, currently situated in our BaZhou production facility. There is no escape from the plastics revolution back in the late 20th century, even till today. All the parts we produce, from the wind industry to the fitness industry to heavy and light industrial applications, rubbers and plastics always have their place. Instead of constantly purchasing these products we decided to produce them on our own, hiring some of the most experienced people in the field, to truly give our customers a one stop supplier experience.

Our rubber components had huge success with our customers and has grown two to three times each year. As all rubber and plastics require some type of mold, Camzone produces its own quality molds for highly repetitive use for our plastic injection molding, rubber molding, vulcanization, and other processes. Because rubbers and plastics are not like steels where you can easily test the chemical composition and grain formation down to an exact science, we are capable of fully starting from scratch to ensure all parameters are fully under our control. We purchase rubber and plastic material in its raw form from reputable sources, and we mix and control the ingredients to obtain the characteristics that our customers desire for their projects.

Another huge advantage we have over other pure rubber and plastic manufacturers is that we produce a lot of steel products. On the surface these two may have nothing in common, but rubbers and plastics, especially plastics tend to take up a lot of space. From a shipping perspective, large plastic parts fill up a container very quickly while only taking up not even 1/5 of the container’s maximum load capacity, causing the freight cost of plastic parts to become anywhere from 30% to 50% of the final sales cost. On the other hand our steel products fill up the container’s load capacity while still remaining relatively empty. By combining the shipment of steel and plastics we are able to bring down the total cost of our plastic parts by as much 15% to 20%, making us highly competitive in the market.
