Weight Stacks

The second largest part of our company is producing weight plates for fitness companies like Life Fitness, Johnson Fitness, Power Lift, Hoist Fitness, and more. We produce on average of over 100,000 weight plates per month for our customers globally.

We started this business back in 2007 with Life fitness, at that time losing money on each plate we sold trying to get into the already well developed market. Our CEO had the confidence that one day we will be the leader by investing in innovative solutions and new technologies to reduce the labor cost. After three years of effort we became the most automated manufacture of weight plates in the entire market offering the highest of quality products with the most competitive prices. Currently our BaZhou facility runs our weight plate line using only a small handful of workers, resulting in being multiple times more efficient than all other competition.

To date we are still making new progress and investing in new machines to further improve our production line as steel prices, labor costs, and shipping costs increase. The majority of our machines are custom designed by our own engineers and produced in-house to ensure they operate exactly how we want them to. Our goal in the next few years is to triple our production capacity by only using half the amount of workers.
