Foundation parts

Currently we produce the most price competitive foundation flanges in the world at top grade quality with CE marked European material produced from local mills. Due to that the material cost is the major contributor to this part, our plates are custom rolled to the appropriate length and width to make use of maximum material efficiency. We currently have two custom made CNCs for whatever flange is requested. We can manufacture between 20-30 complete foundation sets per week.

We produce many of the flanges for the Asian Pacific market due to our location and access to cheap materials and labor. Our future plan is to expand into the European and American markets with our competitive foundations. Lead time is our biggest challenge as custom rolled materials and 6+ weeks of ocean freight can be a major deal breaker for our customers. Our strategy as with tower internals is to produce the high runners and store them at warehouses in close proximity to our customer’s desired location. We look forward to large expansions in this section of the wind market.
